These Terms of Use govern your use of the BowPress iOS app ("the app", "we"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.
BowPress lets you log bow configurations, arrow setups, and shooting sessions; and view analytics over your recorded data. We provide the service on a reasonable-effort basis but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us at bowpresssupport@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the price in effect at the time of renewal unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel any subscription from your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Canceling stops future charges but does not refund the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
If you start a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple at support.apple.com/billing. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Bow configurations, shooting sessions, notes, and other data you create in the app are your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app; not to use the service to violate any law; and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it and deleting your account from Settings in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the app before they take effect.
